Resource Legislation Amendment Bill is back in the chamber after spending the past ten months with the Local Government and Environment Committee - which was supposed to report it back by Monday. The committee's failure to do, means the bill has been discharged from further consideration by that committee; Opposition parties put questions about the Auditor General's report on the Saudi sheep deal to the Prime Minister John Key; Craig Foss objects to the Speaker's suggestion that he was using a patsy question to score points against the Opposition.
