St. Lawrence Justinian, first Patriarch of Venice, transformed nobility of birth into holiness of soul. Humble, austere, and aflame with charity, he multiplied every gift entrusted to him, reforming clergy, serving the poor, and guiding souls by word and example. Like him, we must fortify the temple of our souls, use our talents for Christ, and walk faithfully on the narrow road until we hear: “Well done, good and faithful servant.”
