Your sign to take extra notice in the small judgements that come up in your day today.. whether it be to self, with your community or a stranger, and see what that is trying to tell you about yourself.

Sometimes if we find ourselves judging someone doing xyz.. that is a reflection of us judging ourselves if we did that xyz. As well as fear that others would judge us for doing that xyz.. if that makes sense? When I figured this one out.. it was HUGE for me. I started to realize the expectations and judgements I put on myself (and therefore others) that I didn't know were there. It's been an invitation to create more space for understanding and flexibility (changing my thoughts to it's not all black and white!) and it’s been freeing to feel the love of compassion and witness how it changes me as a person :)

The ego will get hurt along the way, but the answers of where you put judgement on yourself start to become clear, helping you on this journey ;) Be kind to yourself and to others y'all ~ wishing you a beautiful, compassionate day xx
