That's the hard part, isn't it? Not the thing itself — the gripping. The belief that if you just worry hard enough, carry it long enough, you can force it to come out right.
You can't. And there's a strange relief on the other side of admitting that. Letting go isn't giving up. It's setting down what was never yours to carry.
