Good morning, weather watchers! This is your Dallas/Fort Worth weather update for Thursday, January 23rd, 2025.

Let's dive right into what Mother Nature has in store for us today. Overnight, we're looking at a crisp and clear evening with temperatures dropping to around 28 degrees Fahrenheit. Expect a gentle northwest wind around 5 miles per hour to keep things cool.

As we move into Thursday, get ready for a sunny day that'll warm up to near 51 degrees Fahrenheit. The north northwest wind will be dancing between 5 to 10 miles per hour, perfect for a light jacket kind of day.

Thursday night brings us another clear sky with temperatures dipping down to around 27 degrees Fahrenheit. The wind will start off northwest and then settle down to a calm breeze in the evening.

Friday continues our sunny streak, with temperatures climbing to a pleasant 56 degrees Fahrenheit. We'll see a light west southwest wind that'll shift to south southwest later in the morning.

The weekend starts off with a bit of excitement. Saturday will be partly sunny with temperatures near 55 degrees Fahrenheit, but keep an eye out Sunday as we have a 40 percent chance of showers. Temperatures will hover around the low 50s.

Looking ahead to next week, we're seeing a mix of partly sunny days with temperatures gradually warming up, potentially reaching 61 degrees Fahrenheit by Tuesday. Wednesday might bring some rain with a 60 percent chance of showers.
