Good morning, Houston! Let's dive into today's foggy forecast with a side of Southern charm.
We've got a Dense Fog Advisory in effect, so pack your patience and maybe an extra coffee this morning. Overnight, expect a misty landscape with temperatures hovering around 67 degrees Fahrenheit and a gentle southeast wind around 5 miles per hour. Drizzle might make a guest appearance, so keep those windshield wipers ready.
Wednesday's looking like a cloudy start with a slight chance of drizzle before 11 in the morning. Patchy dense fog will play hide and seek until 10 am, but don't worry - the sun's got plans to crash this cloudy party. We'll warm up to a comfortable 78 degrees Fahrenheit with a south wind between 5 to 10 miles per hour.
As we roll into Thursday, expect more fog in the morning that'll gradually give way to clearing skies. Temperatures will climb to a pleasant 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Friday follows a similar script with temperatures near 81 degrees Fahrenheit.
Weekend warriors, Saturday's your day with partly sunny skies and temperatures around 83 degrees Fahrenheit. Sunday brings a small 20 percent chance of showers after noon, cooling down to 79 degrees Fahrenheit.
Things get a bit more interesting early next week. Monday has a 30 percent chance of showers, and by Tuesday, we're looking at a 70 percent chance of showers and possible thunderstorms with temperatures dropping to 67 degrees Fahrenheit.
