Good morning, Miami! I'm your weather buddy coming to you with today's forecast that's as spicy as our city.

Let's dive right in - today we're looking at a partly sunny day with a slight chance of afternoon showers between 11 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon. Expect temperatures climbing to a comfortable 79 degrees Fahrenheit. We'll start with a west wind around 8 to 13 miles per hour, which will shift to the north as the day progresses. There's only a 20 percent chance of those pop-up showers, so keep an umbrella nearby just in case.

Tonight, we're cooling down to around 61 degrees with a breezy north wind around 17 miles per hour. Expect some gusty conditions with winds potentially reaching 21 miles per hour.

Friday brings mostly sunny skies and a high near 72 degrees. We'll have a northeast wind around 16 miles per hour with gusts up to 21 miles per hour. Friday night stays mostly cloudy with temperatures dropping to about 67 degrees.

Weekend outlook? Saturday looks partly sunny with temperatures near 73 degrees and an east wind around 10 to 13 miles per hour. Saturday night will be mostly cloudy and mild.

Sunday has a slight 20 percent chance of afternoon showers after 1 in the afternoon. Temperatures will hover around 74 degrees with a light east wind.

Looking ahead to next week, Monday brings a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms with temperatures reaching 75 degrees. The wind will start from the south and shift to the west in the afternoon.
