Weather Report Script for Minneapolis, Minnesota

Hey weather watchers! Get ready for a chilly rollercoaster ride here in Minneapolis.

Tonight, we're looking at snow possibly mixed with freezing rain. Temperatures will hover around 27 degrees Fahrenheit with south winds switching to west at 5 to 10 miles per hour. We could see less than a tenth of an inch of ice and just a dusting of snow.

Sunday brings more winter drama! Expect snow before 10 in the morning, with potential flurries after 5 pm. Temperatures will nosedive to around 12 degrees Fahrenheit by evening. Brace yourselves for blustery west northwest winds at 10 to 20 miles per hour, with gusts up to 30 miles per hour.

Sunday night gets seriously cold. We're talking mostly cloudy skies with temperatures plummeting to negative 3 degrees Fahrenheit. Wind chill could make it feel like negative 19 degrees. Those northwest winds will be howling at 10 to 20 miles per hour with gusts up to 35 miles per hour.

Monday stays frigid with partly sunny conditions and a high near 5 degrees Fahrenheit. Wind chills could dip to negative 21 degrees. Tuesday offers a bit of relief with sunny skies and a high near 9 degrees Fahrenheit.

As we move into midweek, expect temperatures to warm up. Wednesday will see a high near 29 degrees Fahrenheit, and by Thursday, we'll climb to a balmy 35 degrees Fahrenheit.

Weekend forecast looks like a return to winter with cloudy skies and temperatures dropping back to the teens.
