Good morning, Portland! This is your Weather Whisper coming to you from the National Weather Service with a frosty forecast that'll make you want to grab an extra layer.
We've got a Cold Weather Advisory in effect, so bundle up, folks! Tonight, expect widespread frost and crystal-clear skies with temperatures hovering around a chilly 33 degrees. A gentle northeast wind will be dancing around at about 5 miles per hour.
Tuesday brings more frost before 10 in the morning, but then sunshine breaks through, warming us up to a pleasant 49 degrees. East-northeast winds will be softly blowing at around 6 miles per hour.
Tuesday night? More frost after midnight, with temperatures dipping down to a brisk 30 degrees. Don't worry, the wind will take a little siesta and remain calm.
Wednesday continues our frosty theme, with widespread frost before 10 in the morning. Expect another sunny day with highs near 49 degrees and winds taking another breather.
Thursday gets interesting! We've got a 30 percent chance of rain after 4 in the afternoon. The snow level will start around 1,300 feet and climb to 2,100 feet. Temperatures will reach a cool 45 degrees.
The weekend looks wet and wild with rain likely, potentially mixing with snow. Temperatures will hover in the low to mid 40s, with snow levels fluctuating between 1,100 and 1,900 feet.
