Good morning, Portland! This is your Weather Wise crew coming in hot with the latest forecast that's wetter than a salmon's backstroke.

Overnight, we're looking at rain doing its best impression of a persistent house guest - mainly before 4 in the morning. Temperatures will hover around 46 degrees Fahrenheit with a gentle south wind around 6 miles per hour. Grab your raincoat, because there's an 80 percent chance of precipitation.

Saturday's shaping up to be a liquid adventure! Expect rain after 10 in the morning, with temperatures climbing to a mild 58 degrees Fahrenheit. Winds will be dancing between 7 to 13 miles per hour, with gusts up to 24 miles per hour. We're talking a 90 percent chance of rain, with about a tenth to a quarter inch of precipitation.

Saturday night continues the aquatic theme - rain will be the headline act, with temperatures dipping to 53 degrees Fahrenheit. Winds will pick up to around 13 miles per hour with gusts reaching 26 miles per hour. Expect between a half to three-quarters of an inch of rainfall.

Sunday follows suit with more rain, temperatures again near 58 degrees Fahrenheit. Expect continued wet conditions with precipitation amounts similar to Saturday night.

As we roll into next week, we've got more rain on tap Monday and a potential thunderstorm Monday night. Tuesday will start to dry out, and by Wednesday, we're looking at mostly sunny skies with temperatures climbing to a delightful 62 degrees Fahrenheit.

Toward the end of the week, we'll see a mix of sunny breaks and potential light rain, with temperatures staying comfortably in the upper 50s to low 60s.
