It's the back to school addition of the podcast.

We talk about what we're looking forward to aside from kicking the kids out of the house, about the school district, and it led me to throw ours under the bus.

It's a new chapter for our family which includes the fun, or not so fun, of moving, three sports in the fall, and someone wants to be a ninja....

An exciting announcement of what the podcast is going to become, at least for a little while. What we'll be talking about, the topics we'll be covering, and the new voices you will be hearing eventually. This is going to be fun.

Impact doesn't stop with the change of a name, nor should the want to. On this episode of the Todd Kaufmann Show, I address the changes in the Watch Dog program around the school district our family is a part of but I also address dads who still need to make an impact regardless of who wants to change the name.

Growing us as athletes all we wanted to do was win at all costs.

As parents, we forgot to teach our kids that they need to learn the game, to learn how to lose, to truly understand what it means to win. That's doesn't just pertain to sports, that also pertains to life.

We need to do better.
