Sold: About 108,450 were sold in the US and about 5512 were sold in Canada online at TheSimplay3company.com, Amazon.com, Target.com, Walmart.com, and other web sites and at Buttercup Baby Store, Fun Stuff, Midstates, and other toy stores nationwide.

Actions: Do not permit your children to play on these towers.  Contact Simplay3 at 1-866-855-0100 to receive a free set of stabilizing bases that attach to and stabilize the toddler tower.
