Let’s start your students day with a quick team challenge which

The only equipment you will need is something to throw like a tennis

ball, soft toy, or rubber.

This

challenge is called: FLASH

as they can.

Review points:

I would recommend providing your review as a group discussion.

This type of review is called a guided review, you are simply asking a

question to the group and ensuring the conversation remains on topic.

(Refrain from answering your own questions, even if there is a moment of

silence).

Ask open ended questions like:

-          Why do you think we did this challenge?

-          What do you think we can learn from this challenge?

-          Why do you think teamwork is important?

-          What is teamwork?

Why bother?

Teamwork is crucial for young people as it not only enhances their

personal development but also equips them with essential skills for future
success.

These quick, easy, and funny challenges help foster effective communication

and collaboration.

Young individuals learn how to express their ideas, listen to others,

and resolve conflicts, all of which are vital life skills.

Have a great week!
