Vegan Snack Attack is now based in Portland, OR and Jon couldn't be more excited to have this guest for his first PDX episode! It's Xak Grossman. The name may not be too familiar yet, but give it some time - Xak is fresh off a successful kickstarter for a vegan tuna salad alternative cleverly called Tofuna Fysh! Xak tells Jon all about his journey from vegetarian business student to vegan business owner in a super short time.
