This week we watched the Token Taverns Documentary. I have been waiting for a film about the arcade bar space and Token Taverns Documentary delivers. Bob Rose an arcade enthusiast and filmmaker created Token Taverns Documentary to showcase some of the awesome arcade bars in this country. Token Taverns Documentary tells the story of three arcades in Tampa Bay, Florida from the arcade owner's perspective. From 2019 until 2022, through all of the uncertainty of lockdowns. Token Taverns Documentary also talks to arcade owners all over the country to see what running an arcade is like nowadays. Token Taverns Documentary is the first full-length arcade film I have found that talks about what is going on with the indie arcade scene.

Token Taverns Documentary is a must-see for anyone who loves arcades, arcade bars, and indie games. Bob gives a big shoutout to Glitch Bar in Fort Lauderdale for being the place in Florida to play indie arcade games. Go watch the Token Taverns Documentary now on Vimeo and Amazon video.
