Token Toph is back and we have some explaining to do. This episode was recorded on October 2nd, which marks the beginning of the Halloween season and the start to fall. Christopher starts out the episode explaining what it is about the season that he loves so much, and gives some insight on the delay in episodes. This episode introduces a new mini cast that will be launched periodically and will feature a small five to ten-minute journal thought. This first journal thought is on depression and how Christopher has experienced it over the last few years and what he is doing to fight it. Depression is something that is hard to notice sometimes. Christopher fought it for a long time without knowing what it was, he talks on how being authentic with himself has been the only way to move through the depression when it does hit. ​This episode wraps up Christopher’s weekend, with his first movie by himself. Halloween is Christopher’s favorite time of year, from being suppressed of Halloween as a child, he has gone deep as an adult. Christopher explains why he enjoys Halloween so much and how movies have a part in it. Are you in love? Christopher shares what he thinks what love is, he also shares how he’s working on growing deeper with love. Love changes over time and change can be hard to handle if it’s not embraced.
