Human Capital Group’s Gerard Ball is joined by Tom Bloxham MBE, owner of Urban Splash. Since its inception 25 years ago, Urban Splash has delivered more than 5,000 new homes, 2 million square foot of workspace and more than 60 regeneration projects.
