Tom Cotter is an incredibly hilarious comedian who's been doing standup for more than half his life. In 2012, he appeared on Season 7 of America's Got Talent and showed off his unique comedic style and quick wit. He ended up placing second (don't ask to who) and he's continued to do incredible work since that time.
