Tom Mone is the current CEO of OneLegacy. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Masters degree in Administration from the University of California, Irvine.

OneLegacy saves and heals lives through organ, eye, and tissue donation. OneLegacy is the largest organ recovery agency in the United States covering 20 million people, over 200 hospitals, and 10 transplant centers. In 2020 OneLegacy recovered 548 organ donors, over 1600 organs for transplant, and more than 2500 tissue donations.
