I have been getting emails and messages about people completing the 10,000 pushup challenge. If you have finished, send me over proof that you completed all of the pushups and I will send you a certificate and sticker that I made for the challenge.
For the next month we are doing 3,000 pull-ups. If you can't do that many, scale it down and if you haven't ever done a pull-up listen for ways that you can begin to train and be able to do more than 1 by the end of the month. Whatever your challenge is, keep me in the loop and I will have something waiting for you at the end of the month to congratulate your dedication.
