In our last installment of acronyms and nicknames in the crossfit world, we are going over RFT. This is "Rounds For Time" and in this case we will use an example. Say you are doing a famous workout called Helen - run 400 meters, 21 kettle bell swings, and do 12 pull-ups. You will do this 3 rounds for time. You can do any number of rounds and any collection of workouts. You track your time and then it is something that you can monitor as you progress in your fitness and you're able to do it for less time.
