Solich Piano and Music Company, the largest piano retailer in the Midwest, has acquired King’s Keyboard House in Ann Arbor, a business with a rich history dating back to its founding in 1961 by Jim King’s father. Jim King sold the store to Tom Solich, a passionate pianist who was born blind and has been deeply involved in music from a young age. The acquisition will see King’s Keyboard House become Solich Piano Ann Arbor, adding to Solich’s expanding portfolio of stores across Pittsburgh, Ohio, and Troy.
