Tom is the distinguished Professor of Servant Leadership at Viterbo University where he has taught since 1984. He is founder of the Master of Arts in Servant Leadership, the only Master’s degree of its kind in the nation. Tom is a popular professor, talented public speaker, and active community member who lives by what he calls the 11th commandment – thou shalt not stand idly by! Tom is a husband, father, grandfather, teacher, active community member and part owner of a country tavern.
