Tom Vitale is a producer and director widely known for his work on TV. He spent 12 years traveling around the world with Anthony Bourdain, telling stories of food, culture and people. He said 'life was never dull' at the job, and that's because of Bourdain's rockstar way of doing things. But everything came to a halt in June 2018 when Bourdain passed away. Tom has gathered his memories of these years with Tony in his 2021 book, 'In The Weeds", published by Hachette Books.
