Recently the Wisconsin Hospital Association released a survey of the Health Care workforce in the state.  The report shows that while the healthcare workforce is growing it is struggling to keep pace with surging demand.  Tomah Health Human Resources Director Brenda Reinert talked with LaCrosseTalk host Sean Dwyer about how her hospital is working to recruit employees.
