Paul explains the use of spiritual gifts to very young, yet active new ch with no real ch experience. It seems the ch was in a learning curve on how to operate in the gifts of the Spirit. Paul is teaching that; all the gifts of the spirit should be wrapped up in LOVE. He said that the proclamation gifts are for edification, exhortation, consolation.  PROP: Never be afraid to embrace the gift of tongues.
