In March 1990, seventeen year-old Toni Clark is driving home after visiting her cousin in Oakland, California when her car stalls on the San Francisco Bay Bridge. When she pulls over to check on the car, another vehicle suddenly collides into her car. When police show up at the bridge, Toni is nowhere to be found.
