25 News First Alert Chief Meteorologist Chuck Collins updates Greg and Dan on tonight’s severe weather and what to expect. 

Collins notes the likelihood of straight line winds along with the possibility for tornadoes and large hail.

Tonight’s weather is expected between 6:00 - 8:00 along the Illinois River, and will likely start around 4:00 in parts of western Illinois.
