Cap is currently the Manager of the Ogden Raptors, the Advanced Rookie Ball representative of the Dodgers in the Pioneer League. We do some quick catching up, but the bulk of our conversation revolves around hitting. We discuss hitting vs. swinging, and how the Dodgers Organization are using data to improve players throughout their system. Cap has worked his way through all different levels of Coaching, including High School, Juco, Div 1, and now Professional Baseball. Sadly he when to UNR, but we cant hold that against him, it was a long time ago.
