The CPSC and Sakar are recalling Tony Hawk Silver Multipurpose Helmets.  These helmets fail to meet the federal positional stability and retention system requirements for bicycle helmets.  About 12,655 of these helmets were sold at Walmart stores nationwide and online at www.walmart.com.  If you bought these Tony Hawk helmets, stop using them and contact the Sakar company at 1-800-592-9541 or via the email [email protected] for instructions regarding prepaid return of the helmets and a refund in the form of a $40 Walmart gift card.
