This week we interview Tony Saldanha.
The focus of the interview is how to sell consulting services to the C-suite of a large organisation. The services mentioned are those sold by my company Idea Storm, but anyone selling services to the C-suite will get a lot of value from the interview.
Tony is a globally recognized information technology and shared services executive. Progressive business leader with a breadth of experiences ranging from Disruptive IT/ Shared Services Strategy, Shared Services Outsourcing, Consulting, CIO roles, Technology-enabled business building and IT Systems integration during company acquisitions, among others. Geographical experience from having lived in Asia, Europe and the US - including both developed and developing markets.
Tony worked at P&G for 27 years where he was VP for Global Business Services. Upon leaving P&G he is the president of Transformant which focuses on advising boards and C-suite executives on digital transformation. He is the author of “Why Digital Transformations Fail” and sought-after speaker.
