  • Tony researched what Word of Mouth marketing meant by reading a Harvard Business Review article.
  • Word of Mouth Marketing -go the extra step – exceed expectations
  • work hard – manage your money – get people to buy your services – take care of the client
  • newsletters to your client – with useful information for your client and it’s free
  • Use social media to find or meet clients – use it for business purposes – wider audience for free – use it wisely – social media has changed the way you market
  • treat your brand like it’s a family member – guard it
  • your brand is only as good as your history
  • Don’t let opportunities slip by – learn to write; present and talk at conferences

    Meet up in the works!

    As I mentioned this week and last week I will be attending the Protective Security Conference titled “Security Solutions” which will be at the Tremont Plaza Hotel in Baltimore Maryland on May 16-18.  I spoke with Mike Nossaman who is the gentleman who produces the conference and mentioned to him that I’d like to do a meetup, and he was fully supportive. So the idea is to not only say hello to each other but also be productive. I’m in the process of asking leaders in the security industry to be at the meet up so that you can seek their advice, ask them questions, get the information you need to succeed in this industry. I’m very excited for this meet up to happen.  So stay tuned for upcoming info as the details unfold!
