Tonya Ratliff is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor. She is also the second owner of Trinity Family Counseling in Shelby Township, MI, which has been around since the 80s, a feat in itself. Tonya talks about operating a faith-based counseling practice, as well as why that shouldn't be a deterrent to those interested in an internship. We also touch on how her passion for supervision was born from having a great supervisor, herself.
