• All businesses, jobs and workers were essential to the well-being of the local economy
• Left it up to individual businesses to determine if they could operate within the state guidelines, which is to limit gatherings to 10 people or less,
• Temporarily closing schools, bars and gyms, as well as limit restaurant operations to takeout, delivery or pick-up orders.
• "Businesses are essential and we need them to stay open," Hill said at the press conference
