Consciousness is important because if we are not careful, we will repeat situations that are not productive such as pain. In this recording I am reaching out to women that have been hurt and continue to allow that hurt to dictate their lives.  I believe there are men who need the same conversation, but we need more men to step up and mentor our brothers. We love you and need you!
