Craig gives his reaction to the news that the EFL Cup - known as the Carabao Cup for sponsorship reasons - will have a preliminary round but this isn't for the four teams competing - Oldham Athletic, Barnet, Accrington Stanley and Newport County BUT for the elite clubs in European competitions.

There have been groans of Fixture Congestion however these clubs have gone off to play in competitions overseas - and the EFL have bent over to accommodate them.
