I used to think that thinking and planning ahead was a strength of mine.
Until I realized how much I was stuck in my head, living ahead, in beliefs, in circuitry not of my own making. I realized it's gotten me so far and won't get me where my heart desires to go next.
I believed planning ahead was the smart way, the grown up way, I was a good listener and a good girl in many ways. Have you experience this kind of living and existence?
I wanted to feel and step into a new experience, a new timeline, not keep recreating the results I've gotten so far.
Today I share the practice that has allowed me to step into living more and more into the present moment and living more without abandon, opening up the most magical timeline and a life I actually desire to live.
Let me know what resonated most with you and what's on your mind and heart?
