Top 12 [Common] Group Coaching Program Mistakes
If you run a group program or have in the past or maybe you're thinking about starting one, I want to invite you to learn in to today's episode because after nearly a decade of running my own year-long, high-end group coaching programs and being hired as a paid consultant to go into multi-million dollar coaching companies and train their sellers (the HUMANS selling their group programs) talk to their lead teams (the HUMANS serving and supporting clients in those group programs) and working closely with the CEOs to (re)design their programs to see why...
- Retention is low
- Client success is slow
- Renewals are minimum
- Show up rates are consistently dropping
And CEO's are finding that they're hours of client delivery are increasing and client retention is dropping, causing them to have to replace clients constantly. This creates a desire to no longer run group programs because of the false belief that group programs require more work, more time, and more energy. This is NOT true at all.
