Are you stressed? Do you often feel stressed? In this episode we’re going to talk about types of stress and give you our top three stress busters. Stress can be healthy and unhealthy. When we apply the right pressure to our life – we have some tension and stress, it can feel healthy, we are in balance. But many of us in our busy, fast, 24/7 always-on culture are feeling stressed and feel close to “burnout”. The opposite end of the spectrum is “boreout” – when we don’t have enough stress in our life, we may feel unchallenged in our work, not working, lack of social connections, overcome with unhealthy habits being guided by external sources.
