Today’s episode is all about the Top 5 lists. I got so many responses when I posted the prompt about which top 5 list to cover in today’s show I instead decided to do four of them!
This show was a lot of fun and a nice change of pace even though there still are some good training and strength things covered.
We will definitely have to do a part 2 and maybe 3 to cover all of these different lists.
