I have been following Swami Ramdev ji, a great yogi, who teaches yoga to the entire India on a mass scale via TV, social media etc. Here I will be briefly mentioning the 5 techniques we could do every morning for long healthy life. Hope this excites you and you go researching them and implement them in your daily routine. These are 2 breathing techniques ( anulom vilom and kapaalbhaati ) and 3 yogasanas “ sarvanga asana” followed by hal asana, followed by shav asana. Please do full research as I am not an expert.
