Otto has traveled the world and brought people from various nationalities together through food. Food is the key to life. It affects every single person on the planet. It is the one common thread that binds people no matter what religious belief or ethnicity.
His impressive career includes, the Pierre Hotel, Le Bernadin, Charlie Trotters, the Bellagio, the Atlantis in the Bahamas and Mardan Palace in Turkey. Also, Otto has carried out missionary work to feed children here in the U.S. to various countries outside of the United States.
You will learn through the blood, sweat, tears, cuts, and burns to what it takes to forge an impressive career as a chef. Otto will be the first to tell you that he attributes his success to one word…persistence.
