This was a fun episode, but it was so long that I broke it into two episodes. So you get part 1 this week. We played a little game with IMDb's top grossing 1000 films, play along and see how you do.



Million Dollar Cocktail (cocktailclub.com):

Ingredients

  • 50ml Gin
  • 25ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 20ml Pineapple juice
  • 15ml Grenadine
  • 15ml Egg white
  • 1 Pineapple wedge

    • Directions

    1. Cut your pineapple ready for garnish.
    2. Fill both your coupe glass and shaker with cubed ice.
    3. Pour all the ingredients into your shaker.
    4. Close the shaker and shake hard for 9 seconds.
    5. Empty the ice from your coupe glass back into the ice bucket. Take off the small top off the shaker and strain out the mix into the coupe.
    6. Garnish with your Pineapple.
