It’s the 35th Anniversary of ‘Top Gun’ and the guys get fired up and Reel It Back! The guys start by discussing Tom Cruise and how he was the perfect actor to play Maverick and how this launched an epic run of movies that vaulted him into the A-List. Joe discusses how the movie did not live up to what he remembers but they all discuss the amazing music that helped carry this movie into a classic. The guys talk Tom Skerritt’s mustache, Anthony Edwards performance and also get into a little singing from Paul. The epic volleyball scene is broken down and they talk about the ill fitted love scene between Maverick and Charlie.
