Grace and Thomas are back with more expansion news to talk about. After the Portland bid fell through, reports are now surfacing that Denver and Charlotte may be the two frontrunners for the next WNBA franchise. Denver could be a current hotbed, but Charlotte has some serious women's basketball history. But hopefully this all gets sorted out soon.

Then, they talk college hoops, with two major teams suffering losses in the first week that could throw this season for a loop. Caitlin Clark is still great, however, and they then get into the NIL debate happening online this week and what the true nature of NIL athletes transitioning from college to the pros would have to do.

Finally, they discuss the big games from W players overseas, and why it sucks that players have to do this. Grace shouts out the new Candace Parker ESPN documentary for providing player insight into this necessity, and they move into discussing what could possibly be the end of Candace Parker's career, without a retirement tour.
