They discuss, in more depth than expected at the outset, Stef Dolson's signing with Washington and what worked and didn't work in her two year tenure with New York.

Finally, prompted by a recent interview Sue Bird did, they get into identity within the WNBA, both historically and in the present day. The league has grown so much, and is now a leader when it comes to allowing players to express themselves in many different ways. And Grace actually compliments Cathy Engelbert!
