The Box Elder Republican Party is watching a House race in Utah's First district closely because if former Representative Joel Ferry wins, delegates will be convening to find his replacement. Ferry has already taken a job in the executive branch but despite two lawsuits from democrats, he still hasn't indicated that he'd going to drop his name from the ballot.
