Top Secrets in Practice: Are you missing silent derangements in your patients?

Listen Later

In today's podcast, we dive into the theory of a 'silent derangement'. This is a concept Brett Winchester has thrown around since we started diving into Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) / McKenzie Technique. The definition of a derangement includes 'movement obstruction' which sounds eerily similar to 'joint blockage' for those of us who do manipulation. This concept could allow you to save some patients from big blow-ups or new injuries. Let us know what you think about this! As always, please subscribe and download episodes. This allows us to get a better idea of our audience and helps spread the word! Enjoy!
