Bob began as a numbers-driven, data-only style manager with the not-so-affectionate nickname in the workplace of “Robo-Bob.” At age 52 he went back to college and obtained a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree both in Management & Leadership. Then after much hard work and personal transformation, a colleague declared on LinkedIn that, “…he is one of the best leaders that I have ever had the privilege of working for.”
Bob has also been a leadership instructor for the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission for the past ten years.
