In this episode, I emphasize the importance of mindset for productivity, especially for those of us with ADHD. I share my personal approach to being kind and forgiving towards myself if I don't accomplish everything I planned for the day. I talk about having the courage to follow a set of personal rules that keep me motivated. For me, it's all about the creativity in the journey and the reward I expect when I reach my goals. I encourage you to trust yourself and develop this mindset first.

Now that we've covered that, the first thing to do is understand what you enjoy doing. I'll share practical tips in the next episode, but remember, mindset is key. If I'm excited about my work or a project, I go full speed and execute it, earning bonus points when I do.
